We ship all orders from Hobart, Tasmania. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 days (although we aim for <24 hours) business days of payment being received.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 365 days of delivery.
Items must be complete and in their original packaging.
The purchaser pays the return cost for change-of-mind returns.
